You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, unworn, and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

🔹 30-Day Store Credit
After 14 days and up to 30 days from the date of delivery, you may return eligible items for store credit instead of a refund.

🔹 Conditions
Returned items must be free from signs of wear, alterations, or damage.

• Manufacturing defects such as loose or fallen stones are covered under this return policy
  

We cannot accept returns on custom or engraved pieces unless defective.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered under this warranty.
