You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused, unworn, and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

🔹 60-Day Store Credit
After 30 days and up to 60 days from the date of delivery, you may return eligible items for store credit instead of a refund.

🔹 Conditions
Returned items must be free from signs of wear, alterations, or damage. We cannot accept returns on custom or engraved pieces unless defective.

2-Year Warranty

All J. Aimer Jewelry pieces are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects

• Loose or fallen stones not caused by normal wear and tear

If your item qualifies for warranty service, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered under this warranty.
