SHIPPING
Orders ship within 1–4 business days from the time the order is received unless otherwise noted in the product description (primarily for custom orders). Processing times may vary during promotions or holidays due to high order volume. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders over $100.00 (before taxes and fees) qualify for free shipping. No promo code is required; free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–2 additional days for the postal service to update tracking details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS upon customer request, and additional charges may apply. Customers will be contacted via email for approval before the order is shipped.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for some international orders shipped via USPS International Mail. If tracking is required, customers must request FedEx or UPS shipping. Orders shipped via USPS International Mail typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, but delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional delivery fees, or customs delays. Returns and exchanges on international orders are not accepted at this time.

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS, AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Charges may apply depending on the value of the order and the destination country’s tax-free threshold. Payment of all duties, taxes, and fees is the responsibility of the recipient and is collected at the time of delivery.
